Ariana Cerecedes, LCSW
Founder and TherapistWith a vision for building something meaningful, Ariana brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago. She has a wealth of experience working with children, teens, and adults. Her specializations include Anxiety, Depression, Behavioral Issues, Self-Esteem, Anger Management, Grief, ADHD, and Trauma.
Ariana practices several evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Based Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Her approach is characterized by her energetic, compassionate, and empathetic nature. She ensures that each session is focused and attentive, providing a safe, open, and non-judgmental space for her clients. Trust is a cornerstone of her practice, essential for building strong relationships with those she helps.
Outside of her professional life, Ariana enjoys riding her horse and spending time with her dogs and cats. She loves the outdoors and cherishes moments with friends and family.

Raechel Verbiscar, LPC
Raechel is a Licensed Clinical Counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and their families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
Raechel earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lewis University, where she focused her training on working with children and adolescents. Her goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where young people feel safe to express themselves, build coping skills, and grow.
Raechel’s therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy, integrating evidence-based techniques with creativity and compassion. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, or life transitions, she will work alongside them and their caregivers to develop practical skills that foster lasting change.
She believes that every child has strengths to build upon, and strives to create a trusting relationship where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
